Turn on the machine by opening the slider or pressing any button, then wait until the three buttons stop flashing to activate the descaling mode. Keep the three buttons pressed simultaneously for 3 seconds until the machine emits a beep and the three buttons flash rapidly, indicating that the descaling mode is activated.
